Happy 2020 ...New Challenges, New Fitness Class

Welcome to the new year. I’d like to wish you all good health and happiness in this coming year.

Whatever your health and fitness goals are this year, I wish you fun and fulfilment!

Last Monday we kicked off a new fitness class called “Fitness for Tennis”. The class runs every Monday at 9.30-10.30 am at St Mary’s School Shaftesbury by myself and Ian, the head tennis coach at Shaftesbury Tennis Club. It’s a fun, fast-paced class designed to keep your heart rate up, do plenty of hitting and all to the soundtrack of some great music.

Circuits continues every Thursday at 6-7 pm at the Reading Room Fonthill Bishop. Save by block booking 6 weeks worth of classes for £35, valid for 8 weeks.

Like to work out with your pals? Why not try my small group training… I’ll come to your chosen venue and you’ll get the benefits of Personal training without the price tag or having to go to the gym.
