September Gut & Butt Challenge!

It’s the start of a new season, a new term and time for a new 30 day challenge.

This one is great as it shows you all the exercises at the top of the challenge and they all work on either glutes and or core ( i.e. the bum and the tummy muscle groups).

It’s so important to keep these muscle groups strong ( particularly the glutes which support the core) and keep challenging them in order to try to help prevent back and knee issues and help good posture.
