Join my 7 x 7 Challenge - now’s the time to get your health and wellbeing on track for 2024

Following the success of this challenge last year, we are re-running the 7 x 7 challenge in the run up to Christmas.

What is it?

Starting on Monday 6th November, in the 7 weeks up until Christmas you have the chance to make some small changes to your diet & lifestyle. Changes that you choose and could become habits for life.

Each week YOU choose 7 tasks from the list that you will complete that week. Some are easy, some a bit harder, e.g no alcohol for 7 days, 7 days of a savoury breakfast, 7 large glasses of water a day, 7 press-ups for day for 7 days etc etc.

How do I log my tasks?

On a Sunday night you send me a picture of the list of tasks with a tick against the ones you have done. New workouts will be sent on a Sunday .

How much does it cost?

It’s £28 for the whole challenge ( just £4 per week, the cost of a coffee or a small drink in a pub).

What do I get out of it?

Your actions are accountable! I will be waiting to see what you’ve achieved each week and help and guide you. I’ll give free workouts each week and offer spot prizes for great efforts .

Why should I take part?

We all have good intentions for our health, but sometimes these slide to the bottom of the list. The 7 x 7 Challenge puts YOU at the top of the priority list, helps focus you on your wellbeing and gets some great habits in place for the new year so you’re ahead of the game and feeling good for the festive season!
