How does it work?

It’s just £28 to join for the full 7 weeks starting Monday 3rd November, ending Friday 20th December ( you can join at anytime in the 7 weeks)

  • Just pick 7 tasks per week, every week from a list sent out every Sunday night ( weekly core tasks stay the same, but variants added each week).

  • Send me a picture of your ticked task list on a Sunday. Random prizes to be awarded during the 7 weeks.

  • Weekly simple free home workouts, plus healthy eating recipes and fitness tips.

  • Bonus points awarded for optional extra tasks.

  • Being in a friendly group of like minded people who share their wellbeing / recipes tips each week, helps keep you on track and accountable.
